Meet Bruno our very special boy waiting for a special rescue

Bruno came into our care as an emergency. Horrifically mistreated and traumatised, Bruno has scars both inside and out and will need a lot of behavioural support before he can leave us. He is currently being cared for at specialist training kennels where staff are helping him to get over the abuse he has suffered.

Bruno was moved to Safe and Sound's emergency boarding on 1st February 2013

Special Case (not ready for rehoming or rescue)

Meet Bruno. He came into the care of Safe and Sound as an emergency. As you can see, he has been horrifically mistreated and has all the scars to show it - both inside and out. Bruno appears to have suffered suffered significant trauma and will need a lot of support in the coming months. Bruno is now being cared for at very small, quiet training kennels where staff have the time and expertise to help him get over the abuse he has suffered. Early reports are very encouraging and we are hopeful that Bruno will go from strength to strength in the coming weeks. Bruno will remain in Safe and Sound's care for the foreseeable future so watch this space for updates...
